Refund Policy

Health By Design (of which Wellness Clubs of America is a division) has the following refund policy:

We offer a sixty-day 100 % Money Back Guarantee on tangible products (e.g. nutritional supplements, electromagnetic appliances). Refund is given upon receipt of the unused portion of the product. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

We offer a prorated Guarantee on services (E.g. Health By Design Wellness Letter, Wellness Club Membership). This means that the unused portion of a subscription will be refunded if the subscriber is dissatisfied with the service.
